American Red Cross volunteers are providing disaster relief to the victims of an apartment fire that affected several families this morning on the 6300 block of Monika Place in Gwynn Oak. The Red Cross is providing food, clothing, temporary shelter and emotional support to the residents who need it. Volunteers and caseworkers will continue to follow-up with the displaced families.
